The Education and Training Foundation is a public sector body with the objective of improving professionalism and raising standards within the skills and education sector.<\/p>\n

As an entirely new body, The Foundation required a new web presence that would engage the sector, enabling them to steer their own development and training programs. The project needed to raise awareness of the Foundation\u2019s role and remit, and emphasize its worth and value as a replacement to a predecessor organization.<\/p>\n

Suggesting a user led approach<\/h2>\n

Early on in the project we identified and suggested that a critical success factor in designing the Foundation\u2019s website would be speaking to people within the sector. This user-led approach not only provided the opportunity to gain genuine user insight, it also married well with the overriding project objective of engaging the sector from the outset.<\/p>\n

A comprehensive approach to research<\/h2>\n
